As spring dawns, immerse yourself in a Sufi dance retreat led by Rana Gorgani at the Monastery of Ségries, from March 27 to 30. In the energy of the reborn season, explore the circular movement and spiritual teachings of Sufi dance, conducive to inner renewal. The workshops will take place in the sacred chapel and the open-air theater, offering ideal spaces for introspection and communion with oneself. It is a unique opportunity to awaken your spiritual essence through workshops, moments of meditation and sharing, all in harmony with the awakening of the surrounding nature.

Arrival & Welcome
- From 14:00 p.m.: Arrival of participants and installation in rooms.
- 18:00 p.m.: Opening circle in the chapel – Introduction to the retreat, presentation of the themes and participants by Rana Gorgani.
- 20:00 p.m.: Dinner.
- 21:30 p.m.-22:30 p.m.: Collective meditation and time of silence under the stars, at the open-air theater (weather permitting).

Exploring Sufi Movement and Spirituality
- 08:30: Breakfast.
- 10:00 a.m.: Sufi dance workshop in the chapel – Exploration of the spiritual and technical foundations of dance, connection to the earth and sacred space.
- 13:00 p.m.: Lunch.
- 15:00 p.m.-17:00 p.m.: Outdoor percussion workshop at the open-air theater – Body work, listening to rhythm and connecting with the surrounding nature.
- 17:30 p.m.: Sufi Dance Workshop
- 20:00 p.m.: Dinner.
- 21:30 p.m. - 22:30 p.m.: Sufi Evening

Deepening of Circular Movement and Sufi Dance
- 08:30: Breakfast.
- 10:00 a.m.: Sufi dance workshop in the chapel – Perfecting circular movements and exploring the alignment between body and mind.
- 13:00 p.m.: Lunch.
- 15:00 p.m.-17:00 p.m.: Sufi dance and rhythm in the open-air theater – Liberation of intuitive movement in dialogue with nature.
- 17:00 p.m.: Sufi Dance Workshop
- 20:00 p.m.: Dinner.
- 21:30 p.m.-22:30 p.m.: Sama Ritual in the Chapel – Sufi celebration through song and dance.

- 09:00: Sufi Dance Workshop & Closing Circle in the Chapel – Reflecting on retreat experiences, integrating teachings and movements.
