Exceptional initiation to the Zikr ceremony.
The zikr or Dhikr or Zekr in Persian is a word of Arabic origin. It is at the heart of Sufi spirituality.
It is a codified practice that consists of continuously invoking sacred sentences through the voice but also through body movements. This psalmody is an anchor in the present moment and the key to entering the spiritual state: the Haw.
Le samâ (ou sema) en persan signifiant « audition spirituelle ».
The whirling movement is at the heart of this mystical artistic practice.

Description
Dive into the heart of the Sufi dance and discover the art of Samâ, where movement becomes prayer in action and dialogue with the invisible.
Guided by Rana Gorgani, one of the great contemporary figures of this tradition, you will be introduced to the rotation of the whirling dervishes—a ritual of deep anchoring and inner elevation, in resonance with the laws of the cosmos.
In the secular and universal approach proposed by Rana Gorgani, the Samâ becomes a path of sensory and spiritual exploration open to all, beyond beliefs. The body, carried by music, becomes an instrument of the soul, until it reaches a state of grace, unity and harmony with the living. Rana Gorgani expresses itself as a whirling dervish, a spiritual practice that has lasted for more than 800 years. She initiated herself for many years by participating in numerous ceremonies in Iran, her country of origin, and in Turkey.
Some rules:
- Non-alcoholic evening
- No shoes in the ritual space
- No re-entry
- Respect the ritual (no conversations during the zikr)
