This contract establishes the conditions for participation in the Sufi Dance Training organized by Rana Gorgani, founder and director of theInternational School of Sufi Dance, taking place at the Sufi Temple of Arles.
This training is certifying and allows, depending on the level of achievement and final validation, to obtain the teaching certification of the Rana Gorgani Method.
It is aimed at anyone wishing to train for personal, artistic or professional reasons, whether it is a spiritual deepening or a teaching project.
Participation in the training implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
Registration is personal, nominative and non-transferable.
The training is selective : all applications are subject to prior approval by the artistic direction.
The registration is considered as definitive upon receipt of the deposit corresponding to the chosen duration:
600 € for one week
1200 € for two weeks
1800 € for three weeks
The deposit is firm and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
The balance of the total amount of the training must be imperatively settled 30 days before the start of the session.
In case of non-payment at this deadline, the spot may be assigned to another person, without return of the deposit.
Training fees:
1 week: 1300 €
2 weeks: 2400 €
3 weeks: 3200 €
These rates concern exclusively the artistic and spiritual training.
They do not include hosting, which remains free and at the participant’s expense.
A full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is offered at the rate of 350 € per week, for seven days of meal.
Participants can:
Sleep on site at the Sufi Temple of Arles: the collective sleeping is offered, in a spirit of simplicity and brotherhood, faithful to the dervish tradition.
Or choose an outdoor accommodation (hotel, guest house, rental) at their expense, for more comfort or privacy.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for external accommodation conditions or incidents occurring outside of training activities.
In case of cancellation by the participant:
The deposit paid is in no way refundable, regardless of the date or the reason for the cancellation.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the training, no refund of the balance will be made.
In case of cancellation by the organizer (major unforeseen events, health reasons, or force majeure), the amounts paid will be fully reimbursed or postponed to another session, according to the participant’s wish.
Each participant undertakes to:
Be in good physical and mental condition for the practice of dance.
Inform the organizer of any health problem, medical contraindication or treatment followed.
Have a personal insurance covering the risks of accident, illness or theft during the training period.
The International School of Sufi Dance and the Sufi Temple of Arles release all responsibility in case of injury, loss or theft of personal effects, or events outside the educational activity.
The participants commit to:
Respect the punctuality, benevolence, concentration and spirit of recollection specific to the Sufi way.
Refrain from any violent, proselytizing, discriminatory or disrespectful behavior.
Do not consume alcohol or consciousness-altering substances during the retreat.

By participating in the training, the participant authorises the organizer to use, without financial compensation, the images, videos or recordings made as part of the training for documentation, communication or promotion of artistic work, except explicit refusal formulated in writing before the start of the internship.
The Rana Gorgani Method is a protected artistic and educational creation.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use for teaching, performance, or training purposes without written authorization of the author is strictly prohibited.
Participants wishing to teach must:
Having followed the entire certifying training curriculum,
Obtain the final validation issued by Rana Gorgani,
And commit to mentioning the source of transmission under the title:
«Certified teacher of the Rana Gorgani Method – International School of Sufi Dance».
The program is subject to modifications according to climatic, logistical or educational conditions, in order to ensure the smooth running of the training.
Any adaptation will be done in accordance with the spirit of the internship.
Participation in the training implies unreserved adherence to all clauses of this contract.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract falls under the French jurisdiction.
