These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all contracts concluded by French customers with Rana Gorgani on the website danse-soufie.com. Confirmation of the order by the buyer implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which take precedence over all previous versions or specifications issued by the buyer, including by exchange of e-mails.
The purchaser may place an order online, from the online catalogue and using the form provided therein, for any product, subject to availability. If a product ordered is unavailable, the buyer will be informed by e-mail. For the order to be validated, the buyer must accept these general conditions by clicking where indicated. They must also choose the delivery address and method, and finally validate the method of payment. Before submitting your order by clicking on the »Proceed to checkout« button, the seller will show a summary of the shopping basket from which the buyer can see, in particular, the selection of items, the quantity required, the essential characteristics of the goods, the prices of the goods, the delivery charges and the total price.

For all orders placed on the website danse-soufie.com, We only deliver within France. We cannot deliver to French overseas departments and territories (except Corsica). Deliveries to other countries are not yet possible. Deliveries are made by delivery services or shippers. Please check delivery times on the item details.

When you choose to pay using Apple Pay, the invoice amount is debited immediately after the order is finalised (Instant Capture). Payment is made via a certified service that complies with current security standards. By validating your order, you authorise us to debit the total amount using Apple Pay. The payment is authenticated using the authentication procedures provided by Apple Pay (e.g. Face ID, Touch ID or device code).
When you choose to pay using Google Pay, the invoice amount is debited immediately after the order has been finalised (Instant Capture). Payment is made via a certified service that complies with current security standards. By validating your order, you authorise us to debit the total amount via Google Pay. The payment is legitimised using the authentication procedures provided by Google Pay.
You pay directly with your PayPal account. After selecting this payment method in the shopping basket, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, all you have to do is enter your login details to proceed with the payment. Your PayPal account will be debited directly for the total amount of the order due.
For bank transfers, the IBAN should be requested by e-mail from info.ranagorgani@gmail.com.
Make the payment directly from your bank account. Please use your order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds are received.
